COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Working together as a family

At All Saints, we want all our pupils to be safe and happy in order that they can learn and achieve to their full potential.

We know that genuine partnership between home and school is central in supporting children to feel safe and happy at school.

We consider ourselves a family and recognise the important role that parents, guardians or carers play in making this a reality.

We understand that in families, there are times when we don’t see eye to eye with others or are unhappy about something that has happened. This may leave one party with a ‘complaint’.

We will seek to resolve all issues through the informal stages of our complaints procedure but depending on the nature of the complaint, there may be a need to follow the formal complaints procedure.

Each level of the procedure offers the opportunity for concerns and complaints to be resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

All complaints will be dealt with in confidence and we insist on mutual respect from all parties at all times.
